In cases that several factors lead to loss, distributing every factors’ share of compensation is one of the most important topics in the law of civil liability. Considering that liability in any event should be determined based on the principles of responsibility. the rules of law in Iran are discussed under the following headings: multi-agent community several agents alongside each other, several agents beside each other, and the combination of cause and agent. Islamic criminal law has taken several different approaches toward these cases. These approaches have been developed in the new Penal Code. In this study, a descriptive and analytical survey of legal thought and legal articles shows that the new Penal code has succeeded – theoretically - to a great extent, in solving the puzzle of distributing civil liability when multiplicity causes and factors of loss, or community of agents occurs. It also should be noted that the law also has some weak points which it will be discussd.
